concepts of each new home as follows:

A TOWNHOUSE is an attached unit with a common firewall separating two townhouses. Each unit has an individual address and entrance through a wrought iron entrance gate and courtyard. The townhouse also contains a dining room and master bedroom courtyard and a kitchen court and patio area. The townhouse design combines a one story and two story design combination.

A COTTAGE HOME utilizes the same basic floor plan of a townhouse, except is a detached unit on a larger lot for people desiring a larger yard and patio area. A Contemporary or Traditional Design expression may be incorporated with a cottage home and allows more open space between units.

A CLUSTER HOME utilizes similar design concepts of a townhouse and a cottage home. The cluster home concept is designed around an open park area with landscaped walks and trees. A cluster home may be either a detached or attached unit.
